Value Added Resources is a family-scale third party logistics company on the west side of Indianapolis. The tagline came first as a promise to clients. Twenty years later it is just how the building runs.

We opened in 2006 doing what we still do today: fulfilling orders, storing product, and treating every client's inventory like it belongs to a neighbor, because in many cases it does. Publishers, distributors, medical supply companies, universities, printers, and disaster preparedness organizations have all trusted their product to this building.
In 2020 we added a 24/7 same-day cross dock, because drivers passing through the Crossroads of America needed a dock that keeps their hours, not banker's hours.
The team, the phone number, and the commitment have stayed the same through it all. When you call, a person who knows your account answers. When we say your order ships today, it ships today. That is the whole business model, and it has kept clients here for the long haul.
