Logistics consulting

Supply chain advice from people who run a floor every day

Our consulting is not slideware. It comes from a team that picks, packs, stores, and cross docks freight daily, and it ends in implementation, not a binder.

What we consult on

Three areas where we can move the needle

Supply chain analysis, design, and implementation

We map how your product actually moves, find the slow and expensive parts, design a better flow, and then help you put it into practice. The implementation part matters: recommendations are cheap, working operations are not.

Returns management

Returns are where margins go to die. We help you build a returns process that gets product evaluated, restocked, or dispositioned quickly instead of piling up in a corner.

Freight routing

The right carrier and the right routing for each shipment, informed by what we see moving in and out of our own dock at the crossroads of I-65, I-70, and I-74.

How engagements work

Practical scope, honest recommendations

Most engagements start small: a specific problem like a returns backlog, a fulfillment operation that is straining, or freight costs that crept up. We look at the operation, tell you what we would do, and give you a straight answer even when the answer is not us.

When the plan calls for outsourced execution, our own fulfillment, warehousing, and cross docking teams can carry it out under one roof. When it does not, you keep the plan and run it yourself.

Describe your situation in the quote form and we will set up a call.
