Who this fits

From one author's book launch to national programs

Our fulfillment clients range from individual authors shipping their own titles to multimillion-dollar companies running ongoing programs. Publishers, distributors, medical supply companies, universities, printers, and disaster preparedness organizations have all shipped from our floor.

That range is the point. Projects that are too small, too fiddly, or too kitting-heavy for a big-box 3PL are the work we are built for. See the industries we serve, or tell us about yours.

Fulfillment FAQ

Common questions about 3PL fulfillment

What is kitting and co-packing?

Kitting is assembling multiple items into one ready-to-ship unit, such as a welcome kit or a product bundle. Co-packing is packaging or repackaging product on a client's behalf, such as building retail-ready packs or promotional bundles. We have done both for publishers, distributors, and project-driven B2B clients since 2006.

How does 3PL fulfillment pricing work?

Third party logistics pricing is quote-driven because every operation is different. Pricing typically reflects storage space used, order volume, the labor in each order such as picking, kitting, or assembly, and packaging materials. We review your volumes and workflow, then quote pricing that fits your actual operation. There are no published flat rates because they rarely fit anyone well.

Do you handle both B2B and B2C fulfillment?

Yes. We fulfill business-to-business orders such as distributor and institutional shipments, and business-to-consumer orders shipped directly to end customers. Clients range from individual authors to multimillion-dollar companies.

How do my orders get to you?

However works best for you: our online order processing system, Excel file uploads, direct email, a shopping cart feed from your online store, or our call center, which takes phone and fax orders. We confirm delivery and provide tracking on what ships.

Is my business too small for a 3PL?

Probably not. Our client list has included individual authors shipping their own books alongside multimillion-dollar companies. If your orders have outgrown your garage, your back room, or your team's patience, that is usually the right time to talk to us.
